Job summary

Noble Foods is recruiting an Engineer for the Finmere Mill in Buckinghamshire to perform preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns, ensuring the production line operates smoothly for animal feed manufacture and delivery across the country.

You will work a 4 on 4 off pattern with day and night shifts, supported by a team focused on reliability and uptime. The position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

What are we looking for?

We are looking to recruit a team of Engineers to support our established, friendly team at our Finmere Mill in Buckinghamshire. Our fantastic team are ensuring that animal feed is manufactured and delivered across the country.

In this role you will undertake preventative maintenance to ensure the smooth running of the Mill as well as respond to breakdowns.

The team work on a 4 on 4 off pattern rotating days and nights.

What can we offer you?

Salary £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

• Location Allowance 10% of basic (£4,500 - £5,000)
• Unsociable hours premium of £1 per hour for all hours completed between 8pm - 6am
