Job Summary:

As the Engine Shop Lead, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing engine testing operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and effectiveness. Your role will involve coordinating test schedules, leading a team of technicians, analyzing test data, and maintaining testing equipment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead engine testing activities from setup to completion, ensuring compliance with protocols and safety regulations.
  2. Coordinate test schedules and allocate resources to meet project deadlines.
  3. Provide guidance, training, and support to a team of technicians.
  4. Analyze test data and prepare reports for engineering teams and management.
  5. Troubleshoot technical issues during testing and implement corrective actions.
  6. Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
  7. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine testing procedures.
  8. Maintain documentation related to testing activities and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience in engine testing or a related field.
  2. Technical knowledge of engine systems and testing methodologies.
  3. Leadership experience in guiding teams of technicians.
