Job Opportunity: Engine Reconditioning Technician

We are seeking a motivated individual with an interest in internal combustion engines, engine reconditioning, and hands-on machining to join our team.

This role involves:

1. Reconditioning cylinder heads and engines
2. Performing head skimming and facing
3. Working with lathes, mills, boring machines, and crankshaft equipment

Responsibilities include:

• Operating and maintaining older machinery such as lathes, mills, and boring equipment
• Upholding high standards of precision and quality
• Demonstrating a strong interest in internal combustion engines and mechanical work
• Having basic knowledge and experience with head skimming, facing, and engine reconditioning
• Willingness to learn and work with older machines
• Paying attention to detail and committed to high-quality results
• Communicating effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Being reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
