Responsibilities

1. Develop the company's overseas energy storage business with a strategic approach and meet sales targets.
2. Negotiate commercial contracts, term sheets, and pricing during project implementation.
3. Coordinate between the project team and cross-functional departments.
4. Follow up on quotations and orders to ensure sales completion within the year.
5. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
6. Understand regional markets, stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners through excellent customer service and support.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in driving sales in energy storage or related industries, preferably internationally.
3. Good communication, business etiquette, and leadership skills.
4. Strong understanding of energy storage technologies and market dynamics.
5. Motivated, competitive, pioneering, and achievement-oriented.
6. Willing to undertake frequent business trips.
7. Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
