Bright Horizons Forest Park in Bracknell is seeking an Early Years Assistant to cover staff lunches and shifts 11:30–14:30, Monday to Friday, year-round. You will work as part of a team to look after babies and children up to age 5, supporting development through play and activities.

No extensive experience required, though previous childcare work is welcome; DBS checks and safeguarding policy apply. This role offers a supportive HEART culture and opportunities to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children ideal but not essential – Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar.

Responsibilities

• As an Early Years Assistant, you will work as part of a team to look after babies and children up to the age of 5.
• You will have adventures with children through interactive play, activities, reading and encouraging their curious minds, supporting development towards key milestones.
