Job summary

Bright Horizons Brindley House nursery in Beaconsfield is seeking a qualified Early Years Lunch Cover to join our team. You will plan, deliver and reflect on engaging activities for the children, fostering their development and love of learning during the lunch period.

The role requires a Level 2/3+ Early Years qualification, EYFS knowledge, safeguarding awareness, and strong partnerships with colleagues and parents.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2 or 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to foster development.
• Create a safe environment that supports exploration and a lifelong love of learning.
• Maintain strong relationships with colleagues and parents to support children’s progress.
