Avante Care & Support Ltd is seeking an Activities & Wellbeing Coordinator at Amherst Court, Chatham. You’ll lead engaging activities and outings, supporting residents to stay active and connected in a safe, homely setting.

You’ll collaborate with staff and families, drive the minibus if needed, and tailor plans to individual interests while upholding Avante’s Eden Alternative philosophy and high care standards.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering recreational or wellbeing activities.
• Ability to create meaningful and engaging activities for residents.
• Flexibility to coordinate group and 1:1 activities.
