What will this role achieve?
This is a vital site role reporting into the Aintree site HR Business Partner, leading the development and deployment of our colleague programmes across the four pillars of Engagement, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity and roll out and embedding of our Employee Value Proposition and UK&I regional strategy.
You will use your knowledge and experience of working within manufacturing environments and understanding a Supply Chain customer base to bring relevant and well received initiatives and communications that positively impact on the experience of our employees and drive performance and engagement.
You will work closely with a wide range of site partners, supporting the Leadership team, whilst building trusted and valued relationships with first line managers, employee representatives, corporate colleagues and external visitors.
You will also ensure alignment with other areas of the HR function such as Learning & Development (L&D), Reward, Recruitment and Occupational Health & Wellbeing (OHW), working to enhance the employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.
This is a full time, site based role between our Aintree manufacturing site.
