This role’s for a super-organised, playful, and proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, logistical expertise, and the ability to design and deliver engagement programmes for major brands.
Designing means bringing innovative ideas to the table, leveraging your creative skills.
Delivering involves ensuring everything is executed flawlessly, on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction while maintaining healthy margins.
You will help create engaging employee experiences, often tied to cultural or sporting dates, and oversee their implementation across UK sites in a streamlined manner.

Purpose of the Role
To be an organised, proactive individual with exceptional attention to detail, capable of strategising and managing engagement programmes for key clients.

Main Duties
·Engagement Delivery:
o Contribute to creative proposals, maintaining communication with clients and internal teams.
o Ensure proposals are innovative, aligned with client objectives, ROI, and budget.
•Budgets & Profit:
o Develop budgets that meet client needs while ensuring profit margins.
o Accurately cost suppliers and track team hours.
•Account Management:
o Manage key client accounts and oversee team and sales interactions.
o Lead quarterly account meetings and foster client engagement.
•Strategy:
o Collaborate with Directors to develop and implement engagement strategies.
•Suppliers:
o Build relationships with suppliers, negotiate rates, and ensure proper markup.
•Team Management:
o Manage staffing, including freelancers, holidays, and absences.

Specialist Knowledge
• Experience in UK and international service delivery.
• Proven track record in account management and client development within an agency setting.
