Job summary

All Saints Academy, Plymouth is seeking an exceptional Engagement Practitioner to join our NEST Provision, supporting pupils experiencing emotionally based school non-attendance and other barriers to regular attendance.

Working with a skilled pastoral team, you will build trusted relationships with pupils and families, help remove barriers to education and support smooth transitions between NEST and mainstream lessons.
