Engagement Officer - Lancashire Peat Partnership

Salary: £15,240.00 per annum (£25,400 FTE)

Contract type: Fixed term

Working hours: Part time

Location: Head Office, The Barn, Berkeley Drive, Bamber Bridge, Preston, Lancashire, PR5 6BY

About the Role

The Lancashire Peat Partnership is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to support our engagement activities across the peaty landscape of Lancashire.

We aim to expand our educational outreach through events, activities, and workshops. We are looking for a driven, personable individual to help undertake these initiatives.

About the Peatlands

The peatlands of Lancashire, Manchester, and North Merseyside are incredible but in need of support. Through educational visits, workshops, talks, and events, the Lancashire Peat Partnership hopes to inspire the public, contributing to LWT's vision of 1 in 4 people taking action for nature.

We offer 28 days holiday (pro rata) plus bank holidays per year, increasing with length of service.
