Whitehall Resources are currently looking for an Engagement Manager - SC Cleared based in Shropshire for an initial 6 month contract.

Job Spec:

Our client is looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to join our team who can run a high visibility, strategically important project, managing close dependencies with multiple teams across the delivery, whilst also having the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. The role also involves collaborating with internal clients to manage live service improvements.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Direct the execution and implementation of your Projects, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies, using agile project management and delivery methods.
  2. Develop and maintain project schedules and work with the delivery team to establish a delivery rhythm, balance priorities, manage risks, dependencies, and remove blockers.
  3. Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage of delivery and delivered on time.
  4. Map and manage stakeholders to ensure good relations and effective communication.
  5. Lead and motivate multiple multi-disciplinary teams, having knowledge and experience to provide guidance and support.
  6. Ensure teams are able to work effectively by having a productive working environment.
  7. Predict staff requirements to enable effective resourcing.
  8. Communicate effectively and provide data to help the delivery teams report on the project or programme to senior stakeholders.
  9. Be accountable for your Project budgets to ensure delivery of value, accurate forecasting and management of change.

Desirable Skills:
  1. EM level 1 or Foundation.
  2. Experience working on Data delivery.
  3. Writing commercial documentation e.g- Statements of Work.
  4. JIRA/confluence experience.
