The Role:

We are looking for an Engagement Manager to lead client relationships and support our software engineering consultants across a range of projects. The ideal candidate is adaptable and proactive, able to balance professionalism with empathy and approachability. They should be comfortable managing a variety of activities and switching contexts with ease. Knowledge of software engineering is a plus but not essential; we are willing to upskill the right person. Experience in banking or energy trading sectors is desirable but not mandatory.

Key responsibilities:

• Schedule and facilitate 1:1s with software engineering consultants, Delivery Managers, and client project managers.
• Create and maintain engagement plans, including onboarding, offboarding, and renewals.
• Maintain detailed notes to ensure consistent communication.
• Anticipate resourcing needs and manage team allocations.
• Identify and escalate risks/issues; maintain an up-to-date RAID log.
• Uphold contractual obligations while promoting professional behavior and high performance.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and guidance to consultants and clients.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for stakeholders, fostering long-term relationships, including with alumni.
