Job summary

SoCode Recruitment seeks an experienced Engagement Manager to lead OneStream delivery and finance transformation programmes. The role combines client leadership, delivery oversight, and commercial awareness to manage enterprise-scale engagements.

You will act as the primary client contact, oversee end-to-end delivery, and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes while driving account growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Engagement Manager, Project Manager, or Programme Manager within EPM, Finance Transformation, or Enterprise Systems delivery
• Strong experience managing client relationships and stakeholders in a consulting or professional services environment
• Experience overseeing complex system implementations (ideally within finance or data platforms)
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and delivery performance

Responsibilities

• Support commercial management, including budget tracking, utilisation, and margin oversight
• Identify opportunities for account growth, including upsell and follow-on project work
• Contribute to programme planning and roadmap development for clients

We are currently supporting a growing OneStream consultancy who are looking to hire an Engagement Manager to support the delivery of complex finance transformation programmes..

This role will suit someone who combines strong client-facing skills, delivery oversight, and commercial awareness, and is looking to play a key role in managing enterprise scale engagements.

Key Responsibilities
