Job summary

SoCode Recruitment seeks an Engagement Manager to lead OneStream delivery engagements for finance transformation programmes. You will act as the main client contact, oversee end-to-end delivery, and manage cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have experience in EPM or enterprise systems delivery, strong stakeholder management, and a solid grasp of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Engagement Manager, PM, or Programme Manager in EPM, finance transformation or enterprise systems delivery.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management in a consulting environment.
• Experience overseeing complex system implementations, preferably finance or data platforms.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness with budgets and delivery performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact across OneStream implementation and optimisation projects.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring projects are on time, within scope and high quality.
• Manage client stakeholders up to Finance Director/CFO level.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including Architects, Consultants and Developers.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies and resolve issues proactively.
• Support commercial management including budget tracking and margin oversight.
• Identify opportunities for account growth including upsell projects.
• Contribute to programme planning and roadmap development for clients.

Engagement Manager – OneStream

We are currently supporting a growing OneStream consultancy who are looking to hire an Engagement Manager to support the delivery of complex finance transformation programmes..

This role will suit someone who combines strong client-facing skills, delivery oversight, and commercial awareness, and is looking to play a key role in managing enterprise scale engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact across OneStream implementation and optimisation projects
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard
• Manage client stakeholders, often up to Finance Director / CFO level
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including Solution Architects, Consultants, and Developers
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring proactive issue resolution
• Support commercial management, including budget tracking, utilisation, and margin oversight
• Identify opportunities for account growth, including upsell and follow-on project work
• Contribute to programme planning and roadmap development for clients

Required Experience

• Proven experience as an Engagement Manager, Project Manager, or Programme Manager within EPM, Finance Transformation, or Enterprise Systems delivery
• Strong experience managing client relationships and stakeholders in a consulting or professional services environment
• Experience overseeing complex system implementations (ideally within finance or data platforms)
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and delivery performance

EPM Experience

Experience with OneStream is highly desirable, however, we are open to candidates from other EPM platforms, including:
