With a healthy pipeline of new opportunities, Intapp continues to expand, and we have exciting plans for the next few years. We are now looking for an Implementation Project Manager (Engagement Manager) to join our Intapp Services Team. This role is ideal for an articulate, highly disciplined individual with consulting experience, aiming to deliver top-tier Project Management to some of the most complex clients worldwide.

What you will do:
  1. Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, overseeing budgets, timelines, scope, and quality against contracts.
  2. Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
  3. Define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities, providing strong leadership to optimize team performance.
  4. Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget, proactively addressing risks and blockers.
  5. Escalate issues to management and stakeholders with proactive communication.
  6. Build solid stakeholder relationships and ensure successful, referenceable implementations.
  7. Maintain disciplined project documentation and ensure data quality.
  8. Close projects effectively, handing over deliverables to operations.
What you will need:
  1. 3-5 years’ experience as a Project or Engagement Manager, preferably with enterprise cloud software and complex integrations.
  2. Experience in budget management, forecasting, and steering committee management.
  3. Basic understanding of cloud software delivery and integrations, with a curiosity to learn more.
  4. Management style characterized by energy, efficiency, collaboration, openness, and results orientation.
  5. Degree qualification.
  6. Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to work with large, diverse virtual teams and under pressure, managing conflicts effectively.
  8. Proficiency with project management tools and practices.
  9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  10. Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
  11. Experience with MS Office tools.
  12. Experience in legal, financial, or professional services sectors is a plus.
