ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Engagement Manager plays a key role in overseeing multiple, complex projects and supporting business development efforts in close collaboration with senior project leadership. Engagement Managers serve as mentors to junior team members and leverage their acumen and experience to manage the day-to-day client relationships, being responsible for all aspects of delivery.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage consulting engagements and client relationships
  • Guide engagement teams to develop: logical and insightful analyses; innovative and effective recommendations; and well-structured, high-quality deliverables
  • Realize high levels of client satisfaction
  • Coach team members on further development of core consulting skills, concepts and methodologies
  • Support with identifying, pursuing, and securing business development opportunities

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of the dynamics & issues within biopharma commercialization, and a cross functional view of launches
  • Demonstrated record of accomplishment of success in delivering launch/ brand strategy consulting engagements to life sciences companies
  • 6+ years of experience at a leading management consulting firm
  • Experience in developing brand strategy, cross functional launch plans and ongoing launch project management
  • Advanced degree(s) (e.g., MBA, PhD, MD) (highly preferred)
