About the Role

You will work in collaboration with our customers and account managers to maximise the value delivered by the world's largest email-based risk assessment solution. Your results will lead to immediate real-world impact in the form of lower customer friction, reduced fraud losses, and increased customer profitability.

This is achieved through activities such as proactive analysis of accounts, optimizing risk assessment to detect high-risk transactions, and providing thought leadership during business reviews.

We are looking for individuals with a proactive and analytical approach, a good consulting mindset, and an interest in bringing value to our customers. You’ll experience leveraging real-time digital identity intelligence, analyzing millions of transactions for major financial, insurance, and e-commerce companies.

Responsibilities

• Supporting business reviews for key accounts through analytical insights related to deployment
• Conducting proactive monitoring and analysis to maintain and improve solution performance
• Performing targeted rule adjustments to address emerging risks
• Developing action plans to enhance customer maturity on the solution, including fraud analysis and research
• Routine fraud review verification and timely corrections/clarifications
• Improving fraud detection by optimizing false positive and fraud capture rates using data analysis tools

Requirements

• Proficiency with languages such as SQL, Python, and familiarity with data formats like XML, flat files, delimited files
• Experience with data analysis tools and processes
• Interest in collaboration across different areas within the company and with customers
• Willingness and ability to learn new processes, tools, and technologies
• Good research skills and interest in fraud analysis in real-life scenarios
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Highly proactive, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
