Job description

We are looking for an Engagement Manager who shares our values of pragmatism, professionalism, and transparency to join and help build our teams in London or Manchester.

We support our clients in various ways, and you will have the opportunity to manage and liaise with stakeholders across a wide range of projects. This may involve a greenfield project for a startup or building a mission-critical system for a large enterprise. Your main responsibilities will include working across multiple projects to ensure client and team satisfaction and delivering value effectively.

You will also contribute to areas within Codurance, such as collaborating with business development and marketing teams on proposals and helping to build our internal engagement and delivery capabilities and culture.

Location: We are open to this role being hybrid. Please note that we are not able to offer visa sponsorship at this time.

Requirements

  • Client engagement: Ability to build relationships with strategic stakeholders, acting as an advisor to help identify and solve problems. Skilled at helping teams develop and align behind a shared vision.
  • Account development: Ability to identify opportunities to deepen client relationships, grow the business, and ensure commercial success.
  • Project management: Proven experience in executing and planning technical or product strategies, including risk management.
  • Team dependencies: Experience working with multiple teams on a product, understanding how to optimize results and navigate challenges.
  • Communication and leadership: Versatile leadership and communication skills, with facilitation being a key aspect.
  • Learning and growth mindset: Passion for coaching, mentoring, and continuous learning, and sharing knowledge with others.
