Qualifications
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in employee engagement, HR, or internal communications within a service delivery first business (hospitality, retail, facilities, food & beverage, logistics, or similar)
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design innovative engagement programs.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for people, culture, and creating positive workplace experiences.
