As part of a large community of Graduates and Apprentices across the business, your initial role will be within our Engagement Management and Business Operations function, working for our largest UK public sector client. You will start in one of our Graduate entry roles aligned with the professional job family, where you\'ll have the opportunity to learn from our inspiring experts in a variety of tasks including financial management, planning, managing risks & issues, data analysis and stakeholder management across internal and external projects or live client services.

This role is based in our office in Telford or Worthing, and you should be commutable to your chosen location. You will typically be in our office 3 days a week. This specific role is not available to be based in other UK offices, though other opportunities on our website may offer more flexibility on locations.

Your role

On joining, you will be assigned to start in one of the roles outlined below. As your career progresses, there will be opportunities to rotate across these roles to develop a broad set of skills and exposure to different parts of the business.

  • Programme Management Office (PMO) Project Analyst - Working alongside one or more Project Manager(s), delivering the monitoring, control, and management of project finances, resource capacity planning and utilization, on and offboarding, risks and issues, change management, and project planning.
  • Service Analyst (SA) - Working within a Service team, focusing on the performance and achievement of Service Level Agreements for Services into the client. This includes management and trending of incidents, problems, changes, and continual improvements, while driving compliance and collaborating with technical teams to deliver the agreed availability, performance, and obligations of the Services.
  • Business Operation Analyst (BOA) - Supporting day-to-day operational activities of the business, including finances, communications plan, calendar and mailbox management, and resource planning. You will have the opportunity to work with leadership teams across the business.

Your security clearance

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (Disclosures and Barring Service).

Some roles will also require an additional level of security clearance; BPSS OR Security Clearance OR Developed Vetting. For this role, Security Check (SC) clearance is required. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, among other criteria. Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility, such as country of residence and nationality. Some posts may be restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; you may be asked about citizenship during the application process.
