La Fosse Associates is supporting a leading London-based university with an experienced Engagement & Launch Project Lead to drive rollout of a new digital platform. This hands-on role combines stakeholder engagement, business development coordination, marketing activity and agile delivery.

The successful candidate will drive user engagement, boost platform registrations and coordinate launch activities across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Develop and deliver engagement plans to increase platform registrations, user adoption and ongoing participation.
• Coordinate business development activity, working with internal teams to drive outreach, follow-ups and conversion.
• Support direct engagement with external stakeholders, including organising demonstrations, presentations and promotional events.
• Coordinate marketing and communications activity across internal teams, ensuring campaigns and launch materials are delivered on time.
• Drive engagement across multiple user groups, ensuring communications and promotional activity are aligned with platform development and launch milestones.
• Track engagement metrics, monitor progress and provide clear updates to senior stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities, resolve blockers and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.

The Opportunity

La Fosse is working with a leading London-based university seeking an experienced Engagement & Launch Project Lead to support the rollout and adoption of a new digital platform.

This is a hands-on role combining stakeholder engagement, business development coordination, marketing activity and project delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving user engagement, increasing platform registrations and coordinating launch activities across multiple teams.

The programme operates in a fast-paced, agile environment, so we're looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable and comfortable taking ownership with minimal direction.

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience in stakeholder engagement, business development, digital platform adoption or marketing campaign coordination.
• Strong project coordination and delivery skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience supporting digital platform launches, user acquisition or engagement campaigns.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage internal and external stakeholders.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities and translate plans into measurable outcomes.
• Comfortable working in an agile, fast-moving environment where priorities may evolve.
• Highly proactive, resourceful and able to work independently without requiring detailed direction.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial, startup mentality who enjoys getting things done. Higher Education experience - specifically student engagement is preferred.

This isn't a traditional Project Manager role or a purely marketing-focused position. It's an opportunity for someone who can bring together different teams, develop practical engagement strategies and take a hands-on approach to driving adoption and delivery.

Experience within higher education would be beneficial but is not essential. We're particularly interested in individuals who have successfully driven engagement and adoption of new digital products or services.
