We’re building a world-class client success organization. In this role, you’ll be involved in building client relationships and managing a portfolio of data science engagements.
The engagement director works closely with the director of client success and technical delivery leads to manage client relationships, ensure the overall success of data science projects, and drive retention, new revenue, and customer satisfaction.

The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $170,000 + annual bonus, adjusted based on experience.
This role is remote but requires travel to Birmingham, AL, at least 10 days per month.
