About the role
We’re on the lookout for a strategic and insightful Engagement & Culture Manager to join the Halfords People team! We are seeking a creative engagement professional to define and drive our colleague engagement strategy and culture-enhancing initiatives that reflect our business direction and enhance the colleague experience. You will balance big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, from strategy development to survey creation and insight analysis – ensuring the colleague voice is at the heart of everything we do.
Our people are our superpower; you will drive an enhanced colleague experience through actionable feedback mechanisms, elevating our people and engagement agenda with leaders, and driving positive cultural change at all levels.
