Location: Oak House (Barnsley), S70 4AG

Salary: £11.54/hr

Hours: 25 hours per week (including some weekend work)

Job Description:
  • Plan, create, and lead planned activities for adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities.
  • Develop innovative engagement methods for adults and support staff.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with adults, supporting person-centered care plans.
  • Deliver and evaluate a sustainable enrichment program tailored to individuals.
  • Document adult engagement through photos, videos, and other methods.
  • Collaborate with internal and external professionals and families to optimize the program.
