The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a Communications Engagement and Participation Officer based at Waverley Court. The role focuses on developing and delivering internal and external communications to promote partnership strategies and respond to media enquiries.

You will plan and deliver engagement and public participation activities, ensuring accessibility and compliance with legislation. You will also manage online content and collaborate with NHS and Council teams to align messaging.

Qualifikationen

• Educated to degree level in a relevant area (e.g. Media, Communication and Design, Communications, Marketing, Business Studies) or equivalent experience.
• CIM or CIPR qualification or equivalent

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver internal and external communications to promote the Partnership's strategy and brand.
• Develop and deliver internal and external engagement activities to gather stakeholder input.
• Develop and deliver public participation activities to influence service delivery and plans, including hard-to-reach communities.
• Support development of communications, engagement and participation plans and strategies.
• Support delivery of strategic communications, engagement and participation activities for the whole Partnership including the Executive Management Team and the IJB.
• Lead on development of website and social media channels with day-to-day content creation and publishing.
