A staffing agency in education is seeking an Engagement Coach in Daventry to provide pastoral and behavioral support to students. The role involves delivering one-on-one sessions, helping with emotional regulation, and managing behavior in educational settings. This is a temporary position with the opportunity for permanence. Applicants must have appropriate qualifications and undergo safeguarding checks.
Teaching Personnel are working with an Alternative Provision in Daventry who are seeking to appoint an Engagement Coach on a 12 month FTC. In this role, you'll be a vital pastoral and behavioral support figure, helping students develop the self-regulation, motivation, and positive habits they need to succeed.
Term-time only, 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
