Role Summary:
The Engagement and Outreach Learning Officer plays a key role in growing and increasing the visibility of the Business by Design (BBD) Academy. The role involves supporting both face-to-face and online programmes, building relationships with schools, colleges, and community groups, developing engagement strategies, and delivering outreach activities to inspire young people. The postholder will work closely with the Head of Academy and other teams to support marketing, events, and programme development aligned with our growth goals.
