Job summary

Riverside is seeking an Engagement and Development Worker to join our Wirral team. You will deliver personalised programmes, collaborate with customers and external organisations, and help empower individuals to reach their goals in a supported housing setting.

The role requires initiative, awareness of risks, and experience in creating activity programmes. Hybrid working Monday to Friday with 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Understanding the barriers faced by vulnerable and diverse customer groups and individuals with complex needs.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Knowledge of risk assessment and health & safety requirements.
• Experience of devising and delivering activity programmes within supported housing.

Job Title: Engagement and Development Worker

Salary: £28,031.56 per annum
Working Hours:37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern:Monday to Friday, Hybrid
Location: Wirral Dispersed, Wirral RSAP and Rose Brae , Wirral
