Job Type: Temporary 12 hours per week / working hours to be agreed over 2 or 3 days per week, ending January 2026

Engage, the UK’s leading network for visual arts engagement and participation, wishes to
appoint a Scotland-based Delivery Support team member.

Engage Scotland represents Engage members based throughout Scotland, responding
to their training, networking, and advocacy needs. This contributes to Engage’s UK-wide
programmes through a sector-led Scottish focus. More details about Engage Scotland

We are delighted to receive continued support from Creative Scotland to deliver the
Engage Scotland programme through Multi Year Funding. This temporary role
supports the delivery of our agreed activity plan during a period of absence for the
substantive role holder, the Engage Scotland Coordinator.

The Delivery Support team member will support Engage members across Scotland,
including our Area Reps, through coordinating training, networking, awards, and
participation in Engage UK-wide initiatives.

The Engage Scotland programme sits within the UK-wide Engage team and is managed
by the Engage Director.
