Job summary

Ofcom is seeking a Case Leader in its Enforcement team to drive enforcement projects and case work with cross‑functional colleagues. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, scope work, gather evidence, assess compliance, and produce clear written outputs.

You will also contribute to policy development, advocate for remedies, and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders while disseminating key learnings across the sector.

Qualifications

• Strong project management to deliver tasks on time and within guidance.
• Ability to build and sustain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and work across policy and enforcement.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with strong drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading enforcement case work and monitoring programmes to deliver on timetable and quality.
• Leading multi-disciplinary case teams and defining scope while spotting potential consumer or competition harm.
• Gathering and analysing evidence to assess compliance and report findings.
• Supporting policy development and advocacy to design enforceable interventions and remedies.
• Developing relationships with Ofcom colleagues and external stakeholders, and communicating learnings to industry.
