Job summary

London Sport is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead the Enfield Place Expansion work as part of Sport England’s Place Expansion programme. The role leads the Enfield Partnership, manages stakeholders, procurement processes, and ensures governance and delivery within budget.

You will work with diverse partners, co-design plans, and identify fundraising opportunities while aligning with London Sport’s strategy and ensuring learning is shared across the programme.

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth knowledge of Enfield to build and maintain trusted relationships and partnerships.
• Co-produce plans with relevant stakeholders at all levels.
• Effectively manage a large investment budget.
• Work with partners to identify fundraising and income generation opportunities.
• Proactively share knowledge using MEL frameworks.
• Effectively manage projects from ideation to delivery within budget and on time.
• Ensure ways of working align to London Sport’s strategy.
• Integrate wider support and learning into the place, including Sport England’s Universal Offer.
• Foster a strong relationship with Sport England as the funder.
• Promote progress of the place partnership on London Sport platforms.
• Collaborate with Place Expansion team and take on subject matter expert roles.
