Montresor Legal in London is seeking a 2-5 PQE Associate to join its highly regarded Project Development & Finance team. You will advise sponsors, developers, banks and investors on complex energy and infrastructure financings, with a focus on market-leading cross-border transactions.

The role offers exposure to project development, commercial arrangements and a broad practice at the intersection of finance, development and the energy transition, within a top-tier US platform.

Qualifications

• 2-5 PQE from a leading UK or international firm.
• Experience in project finance, banking & finance, energy or infrastructure.
• Strong drafting and transactional skills.
• A genuine interest in energy transition and infrastructure.
• An interest in developing a practice spanning both project finance and development.

Responsibilities

• Advise on sophisticated domestic and cross-border financings with a strong project finance focus.
• Gain exposure to project development and commercial arrangements.
