Job summary

International Law Firm in Bristol is seeking a Project Finance Associate (2-3 PQE) to join its well-regarded Projects team. You will handle London and international matters from Bristol with early responsibility on cross-border financings.

The role focuses on financing energy, renewables and infrastructure projects for lenders, sponsors and DFIs, with opportunities to develop within a high-calibre team. Based in Bristol with London options for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ post-qualified experience in project finance at a leading City, national or international law firm.
• Experience acting for lenders and/or sponsors on energy, renewables or infrastructure financings.
• Exposure to emerging markets, DFI or PPP transactions would be an advantage.
• Strong drafting skills and the ability to manage workstreams on complex, multi-party transactions.
• Ambition to develop within a high-calibre team over the longer term.
