Job summary
Kent Plc is seeking a Project Engineering Manager in Woking who will manage a team of Engineers to coordinate production of engineering deliverables and oversee project budgets and schedules. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in project engineering management within the Oil and Gas or Low Carbon Energy Transition sectors. The role includes collaboration with international teams and executing project proposals. This position follows a hybrid working model, emphasizing team dynamics and career development opportunities.
Qualifications
Significant related project engineering management experience working for Engineering/Client organizations.
Broad knowledge of engineering discipline activities.
Ability to plan execution interfaces and take corrective action with regards to engineering design.
Responsibilities
Manage multi-discipline Engineers to coordinate production of engineering deliverables.
Effectively manage overall project budgets and schedule reporting.
Prepare and support proposal development for bids.
Skills
Project engineering management experience
Knowledge of FEED/Detailed Design and EPC projects
Excellent command of English
Cost estimating and planning knowledge
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Leadership skills
Education
Chartered Status preferred
Tools
Knowledge of international equipment specifications
