Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a light mechanical assembly environment or similar manufacturing setting.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and defined manufacturing processes accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and safety.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining compliance with procedures.
• Self-motivated and results-driven; able to meet deadlines.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily production targets and work shift patterns as required.
• Carry out product assembly and inspection according to SOPs and processes.
• Ensure use of correct tools and current build specifications and documentation.
• Maintain build quality and meet required standards.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized workstation; perform routine maintenance.
• Support BV inspections, calibration, and PAT where applicable.
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities.
• Follow EHS procedures and GE EHS requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to hit targets and deadlines.
• Support other manufacturing activities as needed.
