Qualifications

Senior investment professional with active ownership and board experience.
Proven track record across origination, evaluation and execution of investments.
Substantial board-level experience influencing portfolio outcomes.
Experience working with CEOs and management teams.
Exposure to renewable energy and energy transition investments.

Responsibilities

Take senior ownership of portfolio companies and drive performance.
Act as a board representative influencing strategic and operational decisions.
Lead value-creation and platform growth initiatives, including development, operational improvement, capital allocation and bolt-on opportunities.
Originate, evaluate and execute new investments across renewable energy and the energy transition.
Contribute to Investment Committee discussions and broader portfolio and investment strategy.
