The Gas, Power & Derivatives Graduate Scheme offers experience with advanced technology and data analysis to monitor trends, flows, and prices of power, understand gas storage and transport, develop renewable energy sources like hydrogen, and learn how to hedge risks in the short, medium, and long term.

If you aspire to become a trader or develop a career in renewable energy, you'll gain direct market exposure and be entrusted with responsibilities. Entrepreneurial spirit, accuracy, and strong communication skills are essential for success in trading at SEFE. We also look for:

• A 2:1 degree or equivalent in any field
• Strong technical skills, including Excel proficiency

What we will give you…

This is a 2-year, straight-to-desk graduate scheme designed to develop your knowledge and skills. You'll learn from experienced team members about market operations and technical aspects relevant to your role.

You will explore various areas such as Regulatory Affairs, Power Operations, Commercial Change, Hydrogen, Power Trading, and Commercial Operations, understanding the entire energy deal lifecycle from intraday to long-term trading, and risk management.
