Job summary

RWE IT Developer Graduate Programme invites graduates to kickstart a career in software engineering. You will rotate across technical domains, delivering solutions for energy trading and commercial operations while building expertise in programming, cloud-native tech and DevOps practices.

You’ll gain exposure to multiple languages, collaborate with analysts and business teams, and develop the skills needed for a permanent role within a global energy leader.

Qualifications

Degree in IT or a related numerate subject (Maths/Engineering/Economics).
Knowledge of C#, Java or Python.
Interest in AI, automation and emerging tech.
Positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Participate in hands-on technical rotations across software engineering and application development.
Deliver solutions for energy trading and commercial operations teams.
Develop expertise in programming, cloud-native technologies and DevOps practices.
Engage with analysts and business support teams to broaden technical stack and business knowledge.
