ELEKS Sales (EU, DACH and NORDICS) is looking for an Energy & Sustainability Solution Specialist in Germany, Nordics, the UK, Poland, Croatia or Estonia.

ABOUT ROLE
The Energy & Sustainability team at ELEKS is searching for an exceptional Sustainable Energy & Sustainability Solution Specialist to join our global network of experts. You will play a strategic leadership role within our EMEA/Global Energy & Sustainability vertical, handling critical consulting solutions that meet essential business needs and deliver value for our clients.
Your responsibilities include leading new client pursuits (collaborating with sales and solution teams), building relationships with CxOs and business leaders, and enhancing ELEKS’ revenue in the Energy & Sustainability sector.

As part of the Business Development team, you'll develop and implement go-to-market strategies to position Eleks as a thought leader in this domain. This role is designed to evolve into a leadership position within the vertical after demonstrating success.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Domain expertise in Sustainable Energy & Sustainability with a proven leadership record in digital services, products, or consulting
  • Recognition for proficiency in Sustainable Energy & Sustainability, with a history of solving technical and business challenges
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the sector
  • Experience in application development, IT consulting, Cloud, Big Data, AI, or related digital services in the field
  • Strong skills in consultative sales and business development, including market-entry strategies
  • Ability to initiate new markets and build high-value relationships with C-level executives
  • Understanding of services across business development and delivery in complex, matrixed professional service companies
  • Existing network and connections within the sector
  • Excellent public speaking skills and experience delivering keynote speeches at industry events
  • Deep understanding of challenges in the Sustainable Energy & Sustainability market and innovative digital solutions to address them

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop new Energy & Sustainability services and solutions addressing key issues
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives
  • Represent ELEKS at global industry events
  • Travel more than 50% of the time
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to generate a strong sales pipeline and revenue
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive business development initiatives
  • Establish sales channels and partnerships
