Non-Domestic Retail Supply Manager | London - Hybrid | Permanent | up to £85,000

Do you have a background in working with Energy Supply?

We are partnered with a growing sustainable energy business, which has now grown into a company that develops, builds, runs, and owns a mix of energy assets - such as Solar, BESS, CHP and large-scale glasshouses.

They're now on the lookout for their a brand new Non-Domestic Retail Supply Manager.

If you love energy, understand how supply businesses work (especially behind the scenes), and want to be part of something that’s scaling fast - this could be your role.

The Role

Our client is building a new brand under the supply business. So in this role, you'll be a key part of the team shaping this - helping build out customer tools like an online portal.

You’ll also make sure they're ticking all the right boxes with Ofgem and industry rules. This will include reports, levies, and staying on top of things like RO, FIT, CFD, etc.

• Forecasting cashflow, managing collateral (Elexon, EMRS, etc.), you’ll keep a close eye on the financial side.
• Most of customers you'll look after are served via a white label partner, so you’ll look after those agreements, make changes with lawyers, and be the go-to person.
• The data team handles the heavy lifting on invoicing, but you’ll oversee it - checking calculations, helping improve tools, and making sure non-commodity charges are up to date.
• You’ll monitor changes to codes like BSC, CUSC, and DCUSA.

About you

• You know how non-domestic energy supply works - especially in regulated markets.
• You’re comfortable working multi-disciplinary data, contracts, finance, and operations.
• You like building and improving systems, not just maintaining the old ones.
• You’ve worked with (or around) Ofgem, REC, Elexon, EMRS, etc.
