Job summary

HyperStrong is seeking an experienced Energy Storage Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of ESS projects in the United Kingdom, coordinating design, procurement, construction, commissioning, grid connection and handover. You will oversee on-site construction, subcontractors and project controls, while liaising with UK/Ireland and China teams to ensure quality, HSE compliance and timely delivery.

A strong PM background in energy storage or large-scale construction is required, with

Qualifications

3–5 years of project management experience in energy storage or large-scale construction.
Experience across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, grid connection and handover.
Willingness to travel internationally.
English proficiency; Chinese language is a plus.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Energy Storage Project Management: lead delivery from design coordination through commissioning and handover.
Site Construction & Management: manage schedule, quality, HSE, cost and construction execution on-site.
Customer Requirements & Project Delivery: translate customer requirements into plans and deliverables; manage scope and risk.
Cross-Border & Subcontractor Coordination: coordinate UK/Ireland and China teams; manage subcontractors.
Customer Relationship Management: maintain relationships with customers during execution and handover.
