Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Managing Consultant / Senior Manager to lead complex transformation programmes in the GB energy retail sector. You will guide clients from strategy to execution, influence senior stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver practical, innovative solutions.

The role includes business development and growth of the Energy & Utilities practice, with a strong focus on AI-enabled, agentic services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Deep knowledge of the GB retail energy market gained through experience with energy retail suppliers or code managers.
• Hands-on delivery of change with leaders who roll up their sleeves to solve challenges.

Responsibilities

• Identify client improvement opportunities and lead proactive proposals or RFP responses.
• Lead Energy & Utilities practice development, thought leadership, and recruitment.
• Develop and deliver CX/Customer Journey transformations and multi-channel improvement plans.
• Drive operations and cost optimisation through new ways of working and operating model changes.
• Support clients through market and regulatory changes while ensuring business continuity.
