Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic Renewable Energy Solicitor to join our client, who is a leading forward-thinking law firm. You will be circa 3yrs PQE.
You will support major renewable energy projects. From wind, solar, and hydro to battery storage and emerging clean technologies – you’ll be advising developers, funders, and operators on high-value, high-impact deals. Your role will involve carrying out due diligence on portfolios of energy projects for sponsors, investors, and funders, in addition to providing regulatory and commercial legal advice and contracts (e.g., PPA's, EPC, O&M).
Exciting projects include: Wind, Solar, Hydro, Geothermal, Bio, etc.
