Energy Property Associate/Senior Associate (3-10 PQE)

Are you an experienced Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate looking to advance your career in Energy Property law? We are seeking an ambitious individual with 3 to 10 years PQE to join an esteemed firm in Aberdeen. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile energy property transactions and provide expert legal advice to a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Advising clients on a wide range of energy property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development projects
  2. Drafting and negotiating complex contracts and agreements
  3. Conducting due diligence and managing transactions from inception to completion
  4. Providing strategic legal advice to clients in the energy sector
  5. Collaborating with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
  6. Keeping up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes

Requirements

  1. Qualified solicitor with 3 to 10 years of PQE in Energy or Infrastructure Real Estate law
  2. Strong knowledge of the energy sector and property law
  3. Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
  4. Proven ability to manage complex transactions and provide strategic advice
