The Role

In this exciting role, you will:

  1. Advise clients on a wide range of LNG transactions, including project development, financing, and M&A.
  2. Work collaboratively with partners and associates on complex cross-border deals.
  3. Conduct due diligence, draft and negotiate transaction documents.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest legal and commercial developments in the LNG market.
  5. Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Who You Are
  1. 3-7 years PQE with a strong academic background.
  2. Proven experience in LNG transactions.
  3. Excellent understanding of the commercial and legal complexities of the LNG sector.
