This firm is recruiting a Solicitor to join its Energy Team in Edinburgh. This role involves renewable energy projects, including option agreements, leases, servitudes, and other contracts, acting for developers, electricity companies, utility companies, and landowners. Your duties will include:

• Dealing with renewable energy option agreements, servitudes, and leases, mainly acting for landowners and developers
• Advising clients on the acquisition and sale of estates and farms
