Job summary

NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead energy projects across the UK. You will manage initiatives from development through to successful delivery, coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning activities.

The role demands 5+ years' energy project delivery, a strong background in power generation and reciprocating engines, and a solid grasp of CDM/H&S. Travel UK-wide and some overseas meetings are involved.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience delivering energy projects.
• Strong background in power generation and reciprocating engines.
• HNC/HND or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Knowledge of CDM and Health & Safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial development through to successful completion.
• Take responsibility for project delivery, costs, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Manage engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical and civil elements of projects.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Manage contracts, programmes, budgets and project risks.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with CDM and H&S requirements.
• Travel throughout the UK and occasionally overseas for supplier meetings and witness testing.
