Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Energy & Process HVAC Engineer Analyst to provide analytical expertise across heat decarbonisation and energy efficiency projects in the UK. You will use energy modelling, process heating assessments, and carbon analysis to evaluate technical solutions and support investment decisions for complex industrial environments.

Qualifications

Degree qualified in Mechanical, Energy, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in energy modelling and performance assessment.
Knowledge of industrial heating systems and energy efficiency technologies.
Understanding of carbon accounting and decarbonisation principles.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop energy models and analyse process heat demand.
Assess heat pump performance, carbon savings, and energy efficiency opportunities.
Conduct techno-economic assessments and support business case development.
Provide recommendations to improve energy performance and support decarbonisation goals.
