Kraken is seeking a brilliant Client Delivery Lead to build industry-leading product experiences for our energy clients. You will lead with the delivery teams to define a clear roadmap, balancing Kraken capabilities with client needs and third parties.

The role emphasizes hands-on ownership, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to triage requests while shaping the product strategy across multiple customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified equivalent, with strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience.
• Experience working within the energy/utilities industry.
• Strong agile delivery experience and product management skills.
• Experience of product management and customer journeys.
• Solid understanding of technology and associated trends.
• Excellent communications, collaboration and presentation skills.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking.
• Experience of working with significant complex delivery pipelines for clients.
• Patience - our clients are undergoing huge transformations that take time and require our understanding.
• Laser focus on clients, relentless problem solving, invincible attitude, a winner!
• Consulting experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy with operation and Kraken Technology teams.
• Identify new ideas and technology to improve the product.
• Define the MVP and test & learn approach for the product capability.
• Support the business with issue resolution for the product.
• Support the engineering teams to deliver product features.
• Managing the relationship with client counterparts, being the first point of contact for tech development and issue resolution.
• Triaging incoming requests and communicating client priorities to the right domains in the development team.
• Ensure we are constantly reviewing and adapting to customer and business needs
